Discovery Tech 2023 – CRG

The next Discovery Tech activity is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12th, offering an in-person visit to the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) at the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB).

The Collider's Discovery Tech sessions involve visits to universities and research centers to explore their scientific innovations and capabilities, with the aim of seeking collaborations with industry partners. In this edition, we will delve into CRG's capabilities and projects in the field of life sciences.

The CRG is an internationally renowned institute specializing in biomedical and genomic research. It focuses on four main areas: Systems and Synthetic Biology; Computational Biology and Health Genomics; Genome Biology and Quantitative Cell Biology. The Discovery Tech event is scheduled for next Tuesday, December 12th, with a visit to the CRG and PRBB between 10:30 and 13:00 approximately. In the afternoon, there's an optional visit to Tech Spirit event, part of the digital innovation ecosystem of Barcelona. You can find more details about the event here: Tech Spirit Event. The Tech Spirit venue is just a 15-minute walk from the CRG and PRBB.
