Main responsibilities:
In relation with the Financial Department, Customer Service, Account Management and R&D team, the ideal candidate will provide and analyze our Business Travelers data and keep track of our internal KPI’s.
For each typology of data, you will:
- Evaluate KPI requirements from the stakeholders.
- Propose relevant analysis and formatting to meet internal and external clients needs.
- Work with both internal and 3rd party APIs to analyze data
- Verify and improve their accuracy.
- Measure flaws and investigate their origin.
- Automate all reports generation for internal and external clients.
- Plan and test problem solving and continuous improvement solutions.
- Communicate and share results.
Your profile:
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and prioritize your tasks
- Database skills and knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL are required
- Development skills in Python or Ruby would be appreciated
- Very autonomous person
- Ability to work in a small team in multicultural and international environment.
- Languages: native French, fluent English, Spanish is very welcome
- Qualification: Master degree in Engineering, Statistics or Marketing
