Startup Grind is a global startup community designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs. We do so by hosting a monthly recurring event. The Barcelona chapter was granted the "Best Chapter of the Year" award in 2016, with the average assistance of +130 attendees per event, having held over 100 editions since April 2014 and helping local entrepreneurs to take their projects to the next level.
In this edition, we'll be talking about how to and not to scale up a business. A fireside chat interview to Kamran Elahian (Founder & Chairman at Global Innovation Catalyst), will be followed by a panel discussion with several startups to learn from different experiences.
This event will take place at Talent Garden BCN, and it will go as follows:
1. An open mic session where any attendee is free to speak up his mind or ask for a piece of advice from the community and receive feedback.
2. A panel discussion with several startups on how they've scaled up their businesses. They'll soon be revealed.
3. A fireside chat interview to Kamran Elahian hosted by our Chapter Director Àlex Rodríguez Bacardit.
4. A networking session in which attendees talk to each other freely over some beers and delicious empanadas. There's no Startup Grind where you don't leave with new friends and exciting connections.
