Runtime system research engineer (RE2) per al Barcelona Supercomputing Center

The Heterogeneous Architectures group within the Computer Science department of Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) is offering a full-time engineer student position. The successful candidate will develop programming model and runtime support for malleability and load balancing through the OmpSs-2@Cluster task offloading model. This position requires C++11 software development skills, a working knowledge of OpenMP and MPI, and experience with distributed software development.

Key Duties

  • Implementation and evaluation of the runtime support in Nanos6.
  • Research into programming model and runtime support for OmpSs-2@Cluster
