Education: Technical University Degree.
Spanish native speaker, with fluent level of English, written and spoken.
IT Skills:
Knowledge about technology: hosting, (networks, security, solutions architecture, operative systems, data bases).
Knowledge in ITIL services.
Professional experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service management, with capacity of dealing exchanging information in several levels.
Other requirements:
Being used to work in an international environment.
Ability to perform successfully in stressful situations and meet deadlines.
Availability to be on call 24/7.
Some travels are expected (less than 25% of the time).
