Undergraduate student for research in wave propagation (R0) per el Barcelona Supercomputing Center

This job is under the context of the European project QUSTOM number 101046475 that develops new technologies for medical breast imaging. In this context, we need to develop a numerical characterization of the transducer used in the USTC device from KIT institute and a proper optimization of the Pseudo-Spectral 3D codes employed as kernel of the full wave inversion problem.

Key Duties

To numerically characterize the transducer TAS device in any possible orientation

To optimize C codes of 3D Pseudo-Spectral simulations

To exhaustively test the numerical approximation of the USTC device with different defined experiments
