Challenge Statement: Tenants

How might we retrofit existing buildings with tenants​ such that energy and carbon is reduced and tenants’​ employee engagement on sustainability is increased?

Opportunities include:

- Access to funding of over S$1 million for piloting all innovations.

- Mentoring from industry experts.

- Opportunity to pilot innovations in select CapitaLand properties are located across more than 260 cities in over 40 countries.
