Internship a Europol: Strategic planning and corporate/staff performance management

Applications are invited for this internship project at the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol).

Europol is located in The Hague, The Netherlands, and its main tasks are the following: 

a) to collect, store, process, analyse and exchange information and intelligence;

b) to aid investigations in the Member States, in particular by forwarding all relevant information to the national units;

c) to ask the competent authorities of the Member States concerned to initiate, conduct or coordinate investigations and to suggest the setting up of joint investigation teams in specific cases;

d) to provide intelligence and analytical support to Member States in connection with major international events;

e) to prepare threat assessments, strategic analyses and general situation reports. 

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

Staff Performance Management (HR Learning & Development team, C2-132)

The focus of this internship is to gain understanding on the tools used in staff performance management.

The intern will support the team by:

• Participating and supporting the creation of the concept of talent management reviews at Europol;

• Participating in the implementation of Leadership and Management Development programme;

• Implementing the concept of the Lunch & Learn sessions (regular lunchtime presentations to Europol colleagues delivered by external and internal speakers on a variety of topical matters);

• Assisting in any project in the areas of performance management and/or organisational development.

Optimising corporate planning and performance (Strategic Planning & Monitoring team, G2-13)

The focus of this internship is to gain understanding of corporate planning and performance measurement processes at Europol, including the elaboration and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys. 

The intern will support the team by:

• Working to further optimise the strategic planning process;

• Implementing and improving the corporate performance monitoring and reporting processes;

• Supporting in the design, implementation and/or results analysis of satisfaction surveys;

• Assisting in any project in the areas of strategic planning and corporate performance management.

Concurs aeronàutic: "Millor Treball Fi de Màster"

Cinquena edició del Concurs al Millor Treball Fi de Màster, convocat pel Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Aeronáuticos de España(obriu en una finestra nova) Aquest concurs té com a objectiu posar en valor el màster habilitant a Enginyeria aeronàutica i premiar l'esforç, la dedicació i l'excel·lència. Es concedirà un únic premi de 1.000 euros. Els candidats hauran de reunir els requisits obligatoris següents: No haver complert els 35 anys. Ser pre-col·legiat si encara no ha acabat els estudis.
