A total of 125 scholarships will provide the opportunity to participate in the first online edition of the Santander Women Emerging Leaders programme developed by London School of Economics. The programme is a unique opportunity to come together with a diverse community of women from around the world to immerse yourself in a seven-week, modularised online learning and development programme focused on the development of negotiation skills as part of your leadership journey.Successful applicants are required to demonstrate
- Fluency in English
- Typically between 5 and 12 years of work experience
- Motivation and commitment to both personal and organisational goals
- A career trajectory which gives a strong indication that they will develop leadership capacity
