Accenture Outsourcing Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements.  These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

Accenture Outsourcing Servicesis made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses.  Most of our people in Accenture Outsourcing Servicesare based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

Job Description

Deploying their Analytics Capability program

Develop analytical offerings and assets

Executing process-level improvement projects as a part of their overall role

Helping to direct and collect data and conduct experiments for improvement projects

Do much of the legwork

Working with process owners to ensure project gains are held

Facilitating and sharing of best practices throughout the organization

Identify data issues

Propose changes to increase performance of KPI and SLA

Analyze, identify and propose new exceptions

Adjust analytics environment to execute potential improvements and analyze their impact

Escalate in case of detecting an issue or a risk while proposing solutions for them

Continuous interaction with the ASCS planning team

Propose to the Continuous Improvement Role points to discuss with the client in order to gather market intelligence
