Main responsibilities:

In relation with the Financial Department, Customer Service, Account Management and R&D team, the ideal candidate will provide and analyze our Business Travelers data and keep track of our internal KPI’s.

For each typology of data, you will:

• Evaluate KPI requirements from the stakeholders.
• Propose relevant analysis and formatting to meet internal and external clients needs.
• Work with both internal and 3rd party APIs to analyze data
• Verify and improve their accuracy.
• Measure flaws and investigate their origin.
• Automate all reports generation for internal and external clients.
• Plan and test problem solving and continuous improvement solutions.
• Communicate and share results.

Your profile:

• Ability to analyze, synthesize and prioritize your tasks
• Database skills and knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL are required
• Development skills in Python or Ruby would be appreciated
• Very autonomous person
• Ability to work in a small team in multicultural and international environment.
• Languages: native French, fluent English, Spanish is very welcome
• Qualification: Master degree in Engineering, Statistics or Marketing
