As project leader you are involved from the beginning to the end in the related activities, in which, depending on the size and/or phase of the project, you play different roles. For example: on a conceptual level you are working on solutions for large projects and have a control function in the final version. For smaller projects, you are actively engaged in the engineering activities and supervision of the final (new) construction. You work closely with R&D and the local factories.
In this exciting position you are closely involved in policy decisions as well as working as process engineer, from concept to basic design, detailed engineering and construction.

Finally, you are well aware of safety and environmental issues in a chemical environment.
Competencies:
You are communicative, assertive, results oriented, proactive and analytical. You are able to oversee the big picture and to understand the broad impact of the issues. You are able to act as a coach for the two process engineers and support them in their development. You possess vast intercultural communication skills to maintain contact with foreign colleagues in China and Italy. A professional command of the English language is a must.
